Download your health reports and certificates, see who viewed your record, and share one document safely with your doctor. Employers get only what the law and your consent allow.

On-site screening for your team, results in a private portal
Fitness outcomes and anonymised workforce reports, never clinical detail
Use your ID or passport, date of birth and a one-time code
Check a certificate or OccuVax record by its code
Reports, certificates of fitness and immunisation records from your workplace health checks, in plain language.
We e-mail you a one-time code that works only in the browser where you asked for it.
Your employer sees only your fitness outcome (fit, fit with restrictions, unfit) and only with your consent. Never your test results. HIV results are never stored on this platform.
Every view, download and signature is written to an append-only audit log, and you can see the entries about you.
Send one document to your GP with a link that expires, needs a PIN and can be revoked.
Data is stored in Amazon Web Services' Cape Town region, encrypted at rest, with ID numbers encrypted field by field.
Your earlier records have moved to this portal. To claim them you need your South African ID or passport number, your date of birth and access to the e-mail address or phone number you gave at the health check. If those have changed, your clinic or employer can give you a claim code after checking your identity.
Book on-site wellness days and medical surveillance, then see fitness outcomes for your workforce and anonymised group reports (no figure is shown for groups smaller than ten people). Clinical results and counselling records are never available to employers.
Nurses and doctors sign in with their Microsoft work account plus an authenticator code. Doctors review and sign certificates, and OccuVax immunisation records are kept by South African Nursing Council registered nurses.
